John
Lenos began his career in 1965 with Thorne Riddell, a
predecessor firm of KPMG, where he obtained his Chartered Accountant
designation, and was employed as a staff accountant working
on special projects involving taxation and mergers and acquisitions. |
In 1975, he joined Newman, Hill, Duncan and Lacoursiere, a Chartered
Accountant firm in Port Alberni, B.C. where he became a partner
in 1977, with responsibility for Municipal and Public Bodies audits.
In 1986, John returned to Vancouver to start his own practice providing
accounting, tax and computer consulting services to small and medium
size businesses. This private practice was subsequently merged with
that of David Simms in 1991 to form Simms, Lenos & Co., based
in Surrey, B.C.
Since 1996 John has been the CFO of a manufacturing company in
Coquitlam, BC. He was responsible for managing the accounting department,
preparation of business plans, meeting with bankers and financial
people.
John has also been a director of a public company and is familiar
with reporting requirements of the regulatory bodies.
In all John has 38 years of accounting, tax and business management
experience which he brings to FRS.

Bonnie Johnson has 30 years experience in bookkeeping,
accounting and taxation. In 1985 she obtained her Associate
in Accounting diploma from Kwantlen College in Surrey, BC. |
Bonnie has an in depth knowledge of Simply Accounting and has a
wealth of experience in installation, training, and using this software
package. She is also proficient in a number of computer programs
related to running an efficient office.
Bonnie has been a business owner and operator and brings this management
ability to FRS. She also has the ability and experience
to pass her knowledge on to others.

Ray
Vedamani graduated from university with major in accounting
and minors in business management and economics.
Ray has 16 years experience in accounting and taxation. |
He has worked as a controller in several organizations. He has
operated his own business for the last 12 years.
He is proficient in accounting software applications and general
taxation. He has worked with individuals and small business and
has the ability to communicate the requirements to be successful
to many clients. He is experienced with month end financial reporting,
inventory and controls, monthly government compliance reporting,
working paper files and supervision of accounting staff.
